Small Group Studies

We offer opportunities to particiipate in a variety of small group studies at Saint Paul UMC. Sunday School Our Sunday School programs begin at 9:00 am and conclude at 9:45 am. We have a wide range of study series that we use for our Adult Sunday School program with 7 Adult classes. Our Youth programs focus on topics of today while our Children programs build the foundation of faith. Children, get to learn about God through the Deep Blue Curriculum. Based on the award-winning Deep Blue Kids Bible, this new awe-inspiring resource incorporates adventure, exciting stories, science experiments, arts and crafts, animated video storytelling, and active games into a living-faith experience that will help children discover what it means to be a disciple of Jesus Christ today! Deep Blue teaches kids about God and what it means to be a follower of Jesus through Bible stories and opportunities to serve as disciples in the classroom, the local community, and the world! Kids will explore Guatemala, Kenya, Alaska, and Armenia throughout the year as they dive deep into God’s Word together. Bible Studies Disciple II Bible Study just concluded with our 34 week program this year. The Disciple Bible Study series meets weekly and is an in depth study program. Our next planned study program will begin in September of this year and we invite you to join us on this journey together in learning more about God’s Word. Lenten Study - This year during the Lenten season, we studied the “Simon Peter Flawed But Faithful Disciple” by Adam Hamilton. This 6 week short term study focused on the Apostle Peter and how all of us are flawed, but can be faithful disciples of Jesus Christ. Fall Study - This upcoming Fall season will bring about another new short term study that has yet to be determined. We will meet weekly for six to eight weeks for about an hour of study. We have chosen in the past Disciple Series studies on the Book of Psalm, Invitation to Romans, the Book of John and others. We will announce our next study very soon.
